Scope of Services:
- Provide consultancy in liaison and coordination with all departments and authorities to ensure industrial peace, harmony and smooth operations of the client and to provide assistance to manage crises in all fields.
- Provide immediate responses and consultation to the client on urgent basis at any time during 24 hours in the event of urgent matters against any potentially threatening activities directed towards the client, its top management, visitors, products.

- Organize to conduct on-site surveys of the company’s industrial premises, properties and plots, measure and analyze in-depth risk scrutiny and provide professional assistance followed by recommendations in the areas of:
- Security Personnel’s (employed directly or outsourced)
- Deployment and external parameters of the organization
- Assistance in liaison with related authorities
- Supervise execution and performance of the proposed security plan and procedures.
- Provide consultancy after conducting comprehensive assessment and evaluation of existing security systems, professional assistance and gap analysis followed by recommendations.
- Conduct and attend urgent and quarterly meetings with the client’s senior management on a need basis.
- Revise the policy briefing setup of security infrastructure, systems, procedures and security maps for implementation by the client. The Security Policy Brief shall provide:
- The long term, medium term and short-term objectives with KPIs of security and safety solutions.
- Proposal of establishing a strong security department within the organization for smooth operations.
- Sourcing, evaluation, selection and placement of Head of Security & Safety, Supervisors, Executive Protection Officers (EPO’s), Guards and setting up of their salaries and benefits, with the engagement and consent of the client.
- Job descriptions for security officials proposed to be hired by the client
- Designing and implementation of Security Control Room, CCTV cameras and Security solutions including road blockers, barriers and access control systems etc.
- Assure that the security personnel is fit in all respects including psychological fitness to be deployed and appointed as a security official of the client.
- Set up manual of complete security solution, which shall contain the following:
- Evaluation of security guards, including the selection of weapons
- Determine the annual evaluation of the guards and all security systems.
